Generate sounds, samples, and loops

Ask Sympose to generate one-shot Synth sources and audio-track samples or loops, committed directly to the project.

Sympose can generate audio for supported sound-design and arrangement tasks. Each request produces one result that is committed to the project through the same durable mutation path as manual edits. There is no separate review card or temporary candidate list.

Request generated audio

Describe the musical role, source type, and useful constraints:

  • “Generate a short metallic pluck for this Synth patch.”
  • “Create a dry percussion one-shot with a soft transient.”
  • “Make a four-bar texture loop that leaves space for the vocal.”
  • “Add a 2-second riser sample to Generated Audio at beat 8.”

Provider failure, timeout, invalid output, usage limits, or a changed destination before commit do not mutate the project.

What happens after generation

When generation succeeds, Sympose:

  1. Normalizes the audio and attaches it as a durable project asset.
  2. Connects it to the intended Synth oscillator or audio clip in one project revision.
  3. Records provenance needed for reopen, sync, playback, and export.

Use ordinary project playback to hear the result. Undo removes the change like any other edit. To try a different take, ask Sympose to generate again.

Honesty about listening

Sympose reports objective mutation results (heardAudio: false for generation tools). It does not claim to have heard, compared, ranked, or aesthetically verified the audio unless an explicit analysis result supports that statement.

Reopen and export

Sympose verifies assigned asset identity and integrity. Missing or mismatched data blocks playback or export with an actionable error instead of silently changing the sound.
